What we are trying to do
For global companies: make it possible to discover, verify, trial, hire and manage Bangladeshi talent based on evidence rather than assertion.
For Bangladeshi professionals: provide a credible professional identity, a concrete path to improve, and access to sustainable international work that pays properly.
The measure we hold ourselves to is not how many profiles we have registered. It is whether international businesses repeatedly hire Taskopedia-verified professionals, those professionals deliver, and both sides come back.
How we operate
Evidence over claims
Every score traces to an assessment, a rubric version and a date. If we cannot show you what a number is based on, we do not publish the number.
Humans stay accountable
AI does a great deal of the work, but it does not decide who gets access to opportunities. Borderline and high-impact decisions go to a person who is named on the record.
Quality over volume
We deliberately do not grow registrations faster than we can create real paid work. An oversupplied network is a broken promise to the people in it.
Governance
Assessment rubrics, scoring weights and verification thresholds are versioned and reviewed rather than adjusted informally. Administrative overrides require a stated reason and are written to an audit log. Published scores are sampled for human audit, and appeal outcomes are tracked as a calibration signal on our own evaluators.
Where we operate across jurisdictions, engagement models are kept distinct in both product and contract, because the difference between a contractor, a managed contractor and a placement is a legal question rather than a labelling one.
Our full position on verification, privacy, AI use, security and appeals is set out in the Trust Centre.
Training and development
Assessment that only sorts people is of limited use. Where a result shows a gap, the talent member sees the specific gap and can take structured training through our IEXF partnership and be reassessed. Improvement history is part of the record, not something erased by a later score.
