How a profession becomes a score
A track carries a blueprint — the competencies an assessment has to cover — and a set of weights that decide how those competencies add up. Both are versioned, so a scorecard always says which version produced it and an employer can see what was measured.
The six tracks the methodology works through in full are Graphic / Brand Designer, Full-Stack Developer, Customer Support / Success, Digital Marketer, Virtual Assistant and Sales / SDR. The rest carry derived weights, marked as such, pending calibration against real placements.
Do not see the profession you need? Tell us — we add tracks where there is demand on both sides.
