We are onboarding and assessing the first group of professionals now. Until a person has genuinely passed identity verification, role assessment and human review, and has approved their own public profile, they will not appear here.
We would rather show an empty directory than a populated one you cannot trust. If you need someone before the directory opens, Taskopedia Select is running today and draws on the same verification process.
What a directory listing will show
Listings carry limited public data by design. The full Passport, including the scorecard detail and evidence drilldown, is available to verified employers.
Shown publicly
Preferred name, country and city, role tracks, seniority, verified skills, headline and summary, verification badge with its date and version.
Shown to verified employers
The full scorecard with confidence values, evidence drilldown, portfolio with provenance, intro video and transcript, availability and overlap.
Never exposed
Email, phone and messaging handles. Contact happens inside Taskopedia. Employers cannot bulk-export personal contact details.
Why listings are opt-in
Many of the people we assess are currently employed. A public profile can carry real professional risk, so appearing in the directory is a choice each person makes and can reverse. A talent member who is not listed publicly can still be matched to roles privately.
