Teams

Sustained capacity, composed deliberately

A dedicated team is not a stack of individual hires. You see coverage at team level: which skills are held, where the overlap sits, what it costs, and where the risks are.

Composing the team

You specify the roles, headcount, seniority mix, timezone overlap and budget, and whether you want a team lead. We compose a team against that and show you the result before anyone is committed.

Team scorecard

Skill coverage across the team, not just per person, so you can see where a single point of failure sits.

Overlap map

The hours the team is genuinely available against your working day, agreed rather than assumed.

Cost range

A transparent cost range for the composition, with the effect of changing seniority or headcount visible.

Risk notes

Where the composition is thin, where ramp-up will be slowest, and what would need to change to close it.

Running the team

Each team has a workspace holding the monthly check-in, utilisation, an issue log and a replacement request route. Every member has an individual Passport you can inspect, so team-level reporting never replaces individual evidence.

Individual performance telemetry stays inside the agreed employer relationship. We do not expose private employee monitoring data, and we do not build surveillance features.
