For talent

Prove your skills. Build your reputation. Work globally.

A CV asks employers to take your word for it. A Taskopedia Passport shows them the evidence: assessed skills, real work samples, and a record that follows you from one engagement to the next.

What you get

A verified Passport

One professional identity holding your assessed skills, portfolio, intro video and work history. You control what is public, what employers see, and what stays private.

Evidence that travels

Your scores, work samples and completed engagements stay attached to you. Every engagement you finish through Taskopedia strengthens the record.

A path to improve

Where an assessment shows a gap, you get the specific gap rather than a rejection. You can take training through IEXF and be reassessed.

How you join

  1. 1

    Create your account

Verify your email and phone. You must be 18 or over.

  2. 2

    Review what is collected

Before anything else, you see what will be public, what employers can see, how AI is used in assessment, and how to request review or deletion.

  3. 3

    Build your profile

Import your CV or enter details manually. AI may structure the information, but nothing is published until you have confirmed every extracted claim yourself.

  4. 4

Choose up to three role tracks

Focused tracks produce better matches than a long list of loosely held skills.

  5. 5

    Add portfolio and provenance

Upload work samples with context: your actual contribution, the tools used, and how AI was involved. Source files and version history strengthen your evidence.

  6. 6

    Complete your assessments

Baseline English and communication, role knowledge, a practical work sample, and an AI fluency scenario.

  7. 7

    Record your intro video

Thirty to a hundred and twenty seconds, guided by prompts. Private until you choose to publish it.

  8. 8

    Review before publishing

You see your full Passport as an employer would, and approve it before it goes anywhere.

Your rights

You see your own results in full. Where a score affects your verification or your access to opportunities, you can see what it was based on, what its limitations are, and how confident it is.

You can appeal. Any score that materially affects you can be sent to a human reviewer. An appeal creates a tracked case, and an override never erases your original result. Both remain on record.

A machine does not decide alone. Low-confidence and borderline results go to a person before they are published.

You control visibility. Your video, portfolio and profile are private until you publish them. Employers cannot download your contact details.

We do not assess you on the wrong things. No personality inference, no emotion or honesty detection from your face or voice, no accent ranking. Communication is scored on clarity, structure and completeness.
