Three ways to work with us
Hire someone
Long-term placement or part-time hire. You describe the outcome you need; we return a shortlist of verified candidates with evidence attached.
Best for ongoing roles.
Get work done
A fixed-scope project delivered by Taskopedia-selected talent, with milestones, deliverables and quality assurance before anything reaches you.
Best for defined deliverables.
Build a team
A dedicated offshore team with a named lead, team-level skill coverage, timezone overlap and monthly reporting.
Best for sustained capacity.
What verification actually means
Most hiring platforms show you a self-written profile. We show you what was checked, how it was checked, and when. A candidate reaches Verified status only after passing every stage below. The badge cannot be granted while any check is outstanding.
- 1
Identity verification
Government-issued identity and claimed credentials are checked and recorded against an audit trail.
- 2
Role knowledge assessment
Role-specific questions drawn from a reviewed item bank, pinned to a published assessment version.
- 3
Practical work sample
A realistic task under controlled conditions, scored against a written rubric rather than a portfolio claim.
- 4
Communication and English
Written client scenarios, async updates and a structured intro video, scored on clarity and completeness.
- 5
Human quality review
A Taskopedia reviewer checks the evidence before any badge is issued. Borderline results always go to a person.
Every score opens
A number on its own is decoration. In a Taskopedia Passport, every score is clickable: you see which assessment produced it, which version of the rubric was used, when it was taken, what the strengths and limitations were, how confident the result is, and whether a human reviewed it.
You also see the gaps. Match results list what the candidate does not yet evidence, not only what they do. If a requirement you marked as mandatory is unmet, that candidate does not appear at all. No amount of similarity elsewhere in a profile overrides a hard requirement.
What we do not do
We do not run an open bidding marketplace, and we do not let an algorithm decide who gets access to work. We do not infer personality, honesty or emotion from faces or voices, and we do not claim to detect whether a design was made by AI. Candidates disclose how they used AI; we assess whether the resulting work is good.
