Partners

Global partner network

Taskopedia grows through people who already have trust on both sides: founders and operators abroad who know what good work looks like, and community and academic partners in Bangladesh who know where the talent is.

Ways to partner

Diaspora founder or SME owner

Hire verified Bangladeshi talent for your own business with concierge onboarding and direct founder support through the early cohort.

Business connector

Introduce SME owners and operators who need capacity. You get a referral code, an attribution dashboard and a clear commission or credit arrangement.

Professional community leader

Host hiring or talent sessions for your community, with a co-branded landing page and event lead capture.

University or training partner

Bring a cohort into assessment, with bulk invitations and aggregate outcome reporting back to your institution.

How attribution works

Nautical charts and rolled maps spread over an old wooden desk with a compass, magnifying glass, pencils, a mug of tea and a pipe

Referrals are tracked by code, attributed once, and visible to you. We do not double attribute, and we do not pay commission on an introduction that another partner already made.

Commission arrangements are set out in writing before you start, and they are structured to comply with the rules in your jurisdiction. Where a market treats introduction fees for employment placement differently, we follow the local position rather than a single global policy.

We only ask you to introduce people once we can serve them well. Sending a partner relationship into an engagement we cannot deliver costs you more than it earns.
