Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you create a Taskopedia account, whether you are joining as talent or as an employer.

Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Accounts are individual. A talent account represents one person; an organisation account is created by an employer and grants access to members added to it, scoped by the role each member is given.

What talent members agree to

Profile information, submitted work and assessment responses must be your own and accurate. Where AI assisted in producing a work sample, you disclose how, honestly and at the level of detail the platform asks for.

A public profile is opt-in and reversible. You choose what is published and can withdraw it. Evidence behind a verification badge — assessment results, review notes — remains available to you at any time, whether or not your profile is public.

What employers agree to

Access to talent evidence beyond a public profile requires a verified organisation and is granted for the purpose of evaluating and engaging talent — not for building a separate database of candidates, and not for bulk export of contact details.

Engagements, trials and payments follow the commercial terms attached to the specific engagement type at the time you start it. Nothing on this page overrides those terms.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misrepresent your identity or qualifications, attempt to bypass verification or assessment integrity controls, scrape or bulk-extract data from the platform, or use the platform to solicit engagement outside it in order to avoid its protections.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, a failed integrity check, or a legal requirement to do so. Where practical, we tell you why and give you a way to respond before a decision is final. Sensitive administrative actions are written to an append-only audit record.

Changes to these terms

Consent to these terms is versioned. If we publish a materially changed version, your account is asked to re-consent before continuing, rather than being treated as having silently agreed.

This page states how the platform is built and operated. It does not replace advice from your own legal counsel, and it is reviewed as the product evolves.
